Single Game Tickets
The Brief
The folks in the ticket office were in need of a new page for single game tickets. They wanted a site where fans could view the prices for each game by section. Through our ticket vendor, Ticketmaster, this wasn't possible. However, I knew that the technology existed for this request. What I was able to come up with was a sophisticated way for users to easily see the price they would pay for each ticket. As one scrolls down the page, the stadium map would stay stickied at the top. Whenever a user hovers over a section and price, that corresponding section on the map would stay colored, while the rest would go dark. What seemed like a tall task in the beginning was easily solved with a little bit of critical thinking and a few days of coding.

Design, Print, Gameday.
The Brief
Back when we had actual physical tickets printed, I was sent on-site to document the process through a camera lens. I fell in love with the resulting images and wanted to showcase them in a more impactful way than just a photo gallery. I thought it would be interesting to do an entire microsite based on ticket production, from conception to mailing. I presented this concept as a way to tell a very intriguing story, while still having a push for single game tickets sales at the end. Unfortunately, this site never got the green light to be published. However, it still lives on through my portfolio! This ended up as one of my favorite projects because every single photo throughout the site was taken by me. It was very exciting to have my work displayed in such a visually interesting way.

Coming to the Game
The Brief
For years, our team has operated a page called Coming to the Game. It is a large info dump for fans that are attending the game that week. It contains all sorts of useful and critical information. I took it upon myself to completely re-design the page. While fighting though a very old CMS named TeamSite, I was able to figure out the folder structure and help our team become one of the first and only clubs to have fully responsive webpages. The Coming to the Game page was crucial for mobile, because fans would usually be checking the page on their phone in the parking lot for pertinent details. What transpired after CTTG, was a multitude of responsive pages that helped modernize the entire look and feel of ChicagoBears.com.

404 Page
The Brief
I have always had a deep appreciation for a well-done 404 error page. Since our page at that time was a generic NFL branded page (with a Steve Carell look-a-like as a ref), I decided to make a new one. I recruited our mascot, Staley, to join me in my quest. With a little help from the IT department for location, I was able to capture a great photo of Staley "fixing" the website by figuring out advanced cable plugging technologies.

The Eagle Newspaper
The Brief
After a few months as a designer on the staff, I had the opportunity to take the role of Art Director of RMU's newspaper "The Eagle". My first order of business was a complete re-design. I spent countless hours working, and consumed a seemingly endless supply of caffeine. From the first sticky note drawings of the masthead, to the final proof of the first issue, I did it all my way. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and was happy to see the design still being used after I left.

NAPAO Advertisement
The Brief
I was tasked with creating an ad campaign for a fictional non-profit organization. My idea was to create a company that was completely opposed to the environment, the National Association of People Against the Ozone. To accomplish this design, I simply took photos of the spray can by itself, and then again as I was depressing the spray nozzle. Once I edited myself out, I added some text, a little bit of styling, and finally, a logo. The best part is that this specific air spray didn't contain any CFCs.

Annual Report
The Brief
When I was assigned this project, I was told to simply edit the InDesign file from the previous year and update it with current information and imagery. What could've been an easy one-day assignment turned into a months-long ordeal that required a lot of planning and late nights. I never had the opportunity to design a print project this large, so of course I broke the rules and re-designed it completely. I was extremely excited about the outcome. We ended up printing about 2000 copies for our annual banquet. Perfect bound on 100 lb. matte.

100 Days
The Brief
Before we hired a social media team, my department was in charge of all things social. This included creating energetic and engaging imagery for Instagram. I came up with this design to mark 100 days until the start of Training Camp.

Thank You Card
The Brief
Non-profit organizations typically rely heavily on donations to continue runnning. Our team wanted to send out a thank you package to our donors for all of their contributions over the year. In addition to a few other items, we included a hand-written thank you card. I designed this two-sided card with spot gloss on the front, and matte cardstock on the back; perfect for writing on.

CFD T-Shirt
The Brief
Living in the city made it very easy to get used to the sounds of sirens, especially considering that my apartment was a block away from a fire station. On a beautiful summer afternoon I was walking home when I noticed a few t-shirts hanging up in the firehouse's garage. I poked my head in and talked to the chief about the shirts. Since my dad is a former fireman, I was interested in buying one for him. After a bit of back and forth, it became clear that he was looking for a new design and I happened to be studying graphic design. I came back the next week with this design in tow, he loved it, and my dad loved the t-shirt.
